Please note that you will receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours of your booking being confirmed. Please bring a printed or electronic copy of your confirmation with you to present to our staff upon arrival at our attractions.

Please contact us if you have not received your voucher within 24 hours of your purchase.

Cancellation Policy for all Activities and Combos

The Hanmer Springs Attractions office must be notified 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. If notification is not provided a 25% cancellation fee will be charged to the customer or booking agent. Any customer who does not show on the day without informing the office will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Terms & Conditions

The safety of our clients is paramount, and Hanmer Springs Attractions operates within strict safety guidelines. All instructions given by our qualified staff must be adhered to and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their children do the same. We ask that our staff are notified of any physical condition that may affect the client’s safety.

  • Everyone is required to sign a waiver form – parents are asked to sign for children
  • Children must fit safety equipment and fulfill minimum age/weight requirements in order to participate in any activities, and must be accompanied by an adult
  • Child rates are classed as 13 years and under (minimum age differs between activities)
  • Hanmer Springs Attractions reserves the right to refuse participation should any person be affected by alcohol, medication or any other substance such that they may be a risk to themselves or others
