Jet Boating

Usually only weather dependent clothes, yourself and your vouchers if you have pre-purchased your ticket through a third-party agent.

Jet boat trips take around an hour including briefing and putting on spray jackets and life jackets, but you are on the water for around 30 minutes.

Sometimes, but it is mainly spray so you won’t get saturated. We have spray jackets available for our guests to wear.

We recommend bringing gloves and hats on chilly days, but the choice is yours.

Yes, we recommend that you wear sunglasses to protect against the spray and the glare of the sun on the water.

A family consists of 2 adults and up to three children.

A child is aged 3-13 years.

No, but there are hand rails that you hold on to at all times.

No, there is no need to wear helmets on the jet boat but you can ask for one if you wish.

No, but you can purchase photos and video from the cloud-based PicThrive system. Single photos are $25, all photos or video are $40 each, and all photos plus video is $65. You can also purchase photos or video for an additional person or another activity for $20. Pre-purchase your photos or video when booking online or speak to our staff on arrival.

Customers can bring their own helmet-mounted or body-mounted cameras (own mounts are required), as you do need to hold on to the jet boat rail with two hands. We take photos of most of our activities for you to view these on our screens after the activity has taken place with an option to purchase one or more images (jet boat video footage is also available to purchase: please enquire with our staff before you ride if you are interested).

Bungy

Usually only weather dependent clothes, yourself and your vouchers if you have pre-purchased your ticket through a third-party agent.

Each bungy session is approximately half an hour with up to four jumpers.

We have a catcher on the river to catch you in either a raft or a jet boat.

No, you don’t touch the water. You will be hanging approximately 2 metres above the water.

While our customers are able to jump without shoes, please note that jumpers do need to walk up a gravel track to get back to our base. We recommend wearing shoes for this reason or leaving a pair of shoes with friends or family watching from the viewing platform on shore.

Yes, if you need some help to take the plunge you can ask for to be pushed.

The minimum age for a bungy jump is 10 years old but customers must weigh over 35kg in order to jump. There is no maximum age as long as you have no serious medical conditions, but we do have a maximum weight limit of 200kg.

Yes, we do offer tandem bungy jumps – please note a maximum combined weight limit of 200kg applies. No, you do not bang heads with your jump companion.

No, you will not receive a refund if you choose not to jump on the day. However, you may receive a refund if you decide to cancel the activity 24 hours in advance.

The waiver is there to protect our company and yourself. It’s just to clarify that you know there is a risk involved in the activity you taking part in.

Quad Biking & Buggies

Usually only weather dependent clothes, yourself and your vouchers if you have pre-purchased your ticket through a third-party agent. We recommend bringing gloves on chilly days, and wearing sunglasses to avoid getting dust in your eyes. If you are not already wearing socks, we also recommend bringing a pair to wear with the gumboots our guides will supply you with.

Quad biking trips take 2 hours.

You may get dirty when driving through mud or a little wet when making river crossings or driving through puddles after periods of rain. We do recommend bringing a change of clothes just in case.

No, they go through some rivers and forests.

Yes, you are welcome to wear glasses, and we recommend wearing sunglasses to avoid getting dust in your eyes.

A child is aged from 6-15 years and must be a passenger on a buggy. Guests need to be a minimum of 16 years old to drive a quad bike or buggy

The decision of whether or not to take your camera is entirely up to you, but please note that there is a risk it may be damaged or broken. We take photos of most of our activities for you to view these on our screens after the activity has taken place with an option to purchase one or more images.

Yes, you will have one or two experienced and qualified guides with your group depending on customer numbers. They will teach you all you need to know, and be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Rafting

Usually only your swimsuit and a towel, yourself and your vouchers if you have pre-purchased your ticket through a third-party agent.

Rafting trips take 2 hours including putting on your safety gear.

Yes, you will most likely get wet. Please make sure you bring your swimsuit to wear under your wetsuit and a towel to dry off at the end of the trip.

You can choose to if you would like, but please note that you will be wearing a helmet so your hat would need to fit under this (there is also a chance it may get wet). Your hands will definitely get wet while paddling so gloves may not be ideal.

As long as you feel that they are secure, but it is your choice.

Clay bird Shooting

Usually only yourself and your vouchers if you have pre-purchased your ticket through a third-party agent. Please note that our Clay Bird Shooting site is outdoors and a short walk from our base, so please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable covered footwear.

15 minutes for your 10 clay bird shots.

Yes, a minimum age of 16 years applies.

Paintball

Usually only yourself and your vouchers if you have pre-purchased your ticket through a third-party agent. Please note that our Paintball course is outdoors and a short walk from our base, so please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable covered footwear.

As needed. You can hire more balls if you wish.
