Due to road works there may be 15 to 30 minutes delay from the Village to our shop. Please allow a little extra travel time so you can make it on time for your departure.
Jet Boating
How long will it take?
An hour with check in etc. But you are on the water for 40mins
Will I get wet?
Sometimes, but it is mainly spray though so you won’t get saturated
Will I need gloves and hats?
Gloves and hats would be ideal on a chilly day but the choice is yours
Can I wear glasses?
As long as you feel that they are secure but again it is totally your choice
What is a Family?
A Family consists of 2 adults and up to three children
What is a "Child"?
A child is at the age of 13 years and under
Are there seatbelts on the jet boat?
No there are not but there are hand rails that you hold onto at all times
Do we get helmets on the jet boats?
No there is no need for helmets on the jetboat but you can ask for one if you wish
How fast do the jet boats go?
90 km/h, Faster than the shot over jet
Can you print our photos?
No but we can put them on a usb for you which will cost $35 and if you would like photos and video it will cost $50
Can I take my camera?
The risk of taking your camera is entirely up to you. But it is not enforced. We have cameras on all activities for you to view your photos on our screens after the activity has taken place.

Bungy
How long will it take?
Approximately half an hour
How high is the bridge?
35m High
Do you pull me back up to the top after my bungy or do I get caught at the bottom?
We have a catcher down the bottom to catch you in either the raft or jet boat
Will my head go into the water?
No, you don’t touch the water. You will be hanging 2 meters above the water
Do I need to jump with shoes on?
No you don’t have to the choice is yours. But if you feel like they may come off you can leave them off
Can the jump master push me?
Yes if you request that with him
Whats the Min/Max age?
The minimum age for a bungy jump is 12 years old but must be over 35kg to jump and there is no maximum age as long as you have no serious medical conditions and do not weigh over 200kgs.
Do you do a tandem and if you do, do we bang heads when we jump?
Yes we do a tandem bungy jump but the maximum combined weight is 200kg an no you do not bang heads
Will I get a refund if I don’t jump?
No you will not receive a refund. You may however receive a refund if you decide to cancel the activity 24 hours before hand

How many jumps have been done here since being opened?
We don’t have an exact number but a rough guess would definitely be thousands!
Why do I have to sign the waiver?
The waiver is there to protect our company and yourself. Its just to clarify that you know there is a risk in the activity you taking part in.
What happens if I don’t sign the waiver?
Then you cant take part in our activity.
Quad Biking
How long will it take?
Quad biking takes 2 hours
Will I get wet?
Sometimes, but it is mainly spray though so you wont get saturated.
Will I get dirty?
You can get dirty in some muddy places on the track
Do the Quad bikes go through the mountains
No, They do go through the river and some forestry.
Can I wear glasses?
