Due to road works there may be 15 to 30 minutes delay from the Village to our shop. Please allow a little extra travel time so you can make it on time for your departure.

Jet Boating

How long will it take?

Jet boat trips take around an hour including briefing and putting on spray jackets and life jackets, but you are on the water for around 40 minutes.

Will I get wet?

Sometimes, but it is mainly spray so you won’t get saturated.

Will I need gloves and a hat?

Gloves and hats would be ideal on a chilly day, but the choice is yours.

Can I wear glasses?

Yes, we recommend that you wear sunglasses to protect against the spray and the glare of the sun on the water.

What is a family?

A family consists of 2 adults and up to three children.

What ages are classed as children?

A child is aged 3-13 years.

Are there seatbelts on the jet boat?

No, but there are hand rails that you hold on to at all times.

Do we need to wear helmets on the jet boats?

No, there is no need to wear helmets on the jet boat but you can ask for one if you wish.

How fast do the jet boats go?

Up to 90 km/h.

Can you print our photos?

No, but you can purchase photos and video from the cloud-based PicThrive system. Single photos are $25, all photos or video are $40 each, and all photos plus video is $65. You can also purchase photos or video for an additional person or another activity for $20. Pre-purchase your photos or video when booking online or speak to our staff on arrival.

Can I take my camera?

Customers can bring their own helmet-mounted or body-mounted cameras (own mounts are required), as you do need to hold on to the jet boat rail with two hands. We have cameras on all activities for you to view your photos on our screens after the activity has taken place with an option to purchase one or more images (jet boat video footage is also available to purchase: please enquire with our staff before you ride if you are interested).

What do I need to bring?

Usually only weather dependent clothes, yourself and your vouchers if you have pre-purchased your ticket through a third-party agent such as GrabOne, Treat Me or Bookme.

Bungy

How long will it take?

Each bungy session is approximately half an hour with up to four jumpers.

How high is the bridge?

35m high.

Do you pull me back up to the top after my bungy or does someone catch me at the bottom?

We have a catcher on the river to catch you in either a raft or a jet boat.

Will my head go into the water?

No, you don’t touch the water. You will be hanging approximately 2 meters above the water.

Do I need to jump with shoes on?

No, you don’t have to - the choice is yours. But if you feel like they may come off you can leave them off.

Can the jump master push me?

Yes, if you need some help to take the plunge you can ask for to be pushed.

What are the minimum and maximum ages?

The minimum age for a bungy jump is 12 years old but customers must weigh over 35kg in order to jump. There is no maximum age as long as you have no serious medical conditions, but we do have a maximum weight limit of 200kg.

Do you do a tandem bungy, and if so do we bang heads when we jump?

Yes, we do offer tandem bungy jumps - please note a maximum combined weight limit of 200kg applies. No, you do not bang heads with your jump companion.

Will I get a refund if I don’t jump?

No, you will not receive a refund if you choose not to jump on the day. However, you may receive a refund if you decide to cancel the activity 24 hours in advance.

Can you print our photos?

No, but you can purchase photos and video from the cloud-based PicThrive system. Single photos are $25, all photos or video are $40 each, and all photos plus video is $65. You can also purchase photos or video for an additional person or another activity for $20. Pre-purchase your photos or video when booking online or speak to our staff on arrival.

We don’t have an exact number but a rough guess would definitely be thousands!

Why do I have to sign the waiver?

The waiver is there to protect our company and yourself. It's just to clarify that you know there is a risk involved in the activity you taking part in.

What happens if I don’t sign the waiver?

Then unfortunately you can't take part in our activity.

Quad Biking

How long will it take?

Quad biking trips take 2 hours.

Will I get wet?

Sometimes, but it is mainly spray so you won't get saturated. We do recommend bringing a change of clothes just in case.

Will I get dirty?

You may get dirty in some muddy places on the track.

Do the quad bikes go through the mountains?

No, they go through some rivers and forests.

Can I wear glasses?

As long as you feel that they are secure, but it is your choice.

What is a family?

A family consists of 2 adults and up to three children.

What ages are classed as children?

A child is aged 6 to 13 years. Please note that children must be a minimum of 12 years old to drive their own quad bike and must otherwise ride as a passenger on a twin-seat bike.

Will I need gloves and a hat?

Rafting

How long will it take?

Rafting trips take 2 hours including gearing up.

Will I get wet?

Yes, you will most likely get wet. Please make sure you bring your swimsuit to wear under your wetsuit and a towel to dry off at the end of the trip.

Will I need gloves and a hat?

You can choose to if you would like, but please note that you will be wearing a helmet so your hat would need to fit under this (there is also a chance it may get wet). Your hands will definitely get wet while paddling so gloves may not be ideal.

Can I wear glasses?

Canoe trips take up to 5 hours and include a picnic lunch.

Yes, you will most likely get wet. Please make sure you bring your swimsuit to wear under your wetsuit and a towel to dry off at the end of the trip.

How long will it take?

15 minutes.

As needed. You can hire more balls if you wish.
